Role overview
Lead electrical design and engineering for commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
Design and coordination
- Prepare load calculations, single-line diagrams, cable sizing, voltage-drop calculations, and protection coordination studies.
- Design and review HT/LT distribution, transformers and DG, UPS, lighting controls, small power, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, structural, and civil teams.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, IEC, NBC, IS standards, and client specifications.
Project delivery
- Conduct site inspections, monitor installation quality, and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage schedules, manpower planning, procurement coordination, and project documentation.
- Review contractor work for quality and safety compliance.
- Attend client, consultant, and project coordination meetings; mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications and preferences
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is listed as a required qualification; the education section separately labels a bachelor's degree preferred.
- A master's degree is an advantage.
- Three years of total work experience is preferred.
- Hindi and English are preferred.
- Willingness to travel 25% is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is ₹40,800.60–₹75,000.00 per month.
- Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.

- Work location is in person.
