Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s e-commerce website, driving online sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and overall website performance.
  • Launch, manage, and scale sales across major marketplaces including Amazon UAE, Noon, Mumzworld, Carrefour, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee product catalog management, including product listings, content optimization, pricing, promotions, inventory synchronization, and merchandising.
  • Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, Noon Ads) and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Analyze e-commerce and marketplace performance, prepare reports, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies to increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, logistics, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of online sales initiatives.
  • Lead website optimization projects, improve user experience (UX), and enhance customer journey across all digital channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Commerce.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon UAE, Noon, and other regional marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, listing optimization, catalog management, and marketplace advertising.
  • Experience managing and growing Shopify-based e-commerce websites from th scratch.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, CRO, and digital performance metrics.
  • Experience with marketplace analytics, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and inventory planning.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a track record of increasing online revenue.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in retail, toys, baby products, consumer goods, or FMCG is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Mandatory hands-on experience in e-commerce within the last 2–3 years.
  • **Practical experience working in retail companies or marketplace agencies .**
  • Strong understanding traffic generation tools for physical retail stores.
  • **Experience with Shopify is a strong advantage.**
  • **Experience launching marketplace operations from scratch.**
  • Experience managing 1,000+ SKUs across multiple online channels.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketplace advertising platforms.
  • Experience in the UAE or GCC market is a strong advantage.
  • **We are particularly interested in candidates from retail chains specializing in children's products, toys, cosmetics, fragrances, fashion retail, accessories, and consumer electronics.**
  • **Experience in children's retail will be considered a significant advantage.**

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience E-commerce & Marketplace Manager
  • At least 10 years of total experience in marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience growing and managing Instagram accounts and working with influencers.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and external contractors.
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven decision-making experience.
