Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Head of Digital Marketing Head of E-commerce & Trade Marketing.
  • At least 10 years of total experience in marketing.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in e-commerce within the last 2–3 years.
  • Practical experience working in retail companies.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing and traffic generation tools for physical retail stores.
  • Experience managing marketing calendars and seasonal promotional planning.
  • Experience working with suppliers and coordinating joint marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Shopify is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience growing and managing Instagram accounts and working with influencers.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and external contractors.
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven decision-making experience.
  • We are particularly interested in candidates from retail chains specializing in children's products, toys, cosmetics, fragrances, fashion retail, accessories, and consumer electronics.
  • Experience in children's retail will be considered a significant advantage.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy across both online and offline sales channels.
  • Manage and further develop the company’s Shopify-based e-commerce website.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and regular updating of product listings on the website.
  • Manage and supervise website SEO optimization activities.
  • Oversee Google Ads setup, performance, and optimization.
  • Manage and grow the company’s Instagram presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with bloggers and influencers.
  • Drive traffic to both the online store and physical retail locations.
  • Improve conversion rates from store visitors to paying customers.
  • Increase both online and offline sales performance.
  • Manage the company’s annual marketing calendar and promotional schedule.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities across the retail store network.
  • Develop and implement seasonal campaigns, special offers, and promotional events designed to attract customers.
  • Create sales-driving initiatives and customer traffic generation programs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and their marketing departments to organize joint promotional activities.
  • Coordinate the production and placement of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) across retail locations.
  • Plan marketing support for new product launches and seasonal collections.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop and grow the company’s e-commerce business.
  • Generate targeted traffic for both the online store and physical retail locations.
  • Analyze marketing performance indicators, advertising effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage and control the marketing budget.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Develop recommendations and initiatives to increase store footfall and drive sales growth.
  • Manage external contractors, advertising agencies, and marketing partners.
  • Lead the marketing team and contribute to its ongoing development and expansion.

About The Company

**Toy Station** is an international toy and children's products retail chain experiencing rapid growth across the United Arab Emirates.

Today, the company operates six stores located in some of the largest shopping malls in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The assortment includes toys from leading global brands, video games, construction sets, dolls, puzzles, remote-controlled models, plush toys, educational and creative products, as well as seasonal collections for children of all ages.

The company is currently undergoing a period of active growth and transformation.

Over the past several months, the management team has been completely renewed, while both online and offline business directions continue to expand.

Significant investments are being made in internal processes, product assortment, customer service, and marketing capabilities.

Marketing is considered one of the key strategic growth drivers for the company.

We are looking for a strong marketing leader who can successfully combine retail marketing, trade marketing, and e-commerce expertise to build an effective customer acquisition system for both the online store and physical retail locations, while actively contributing to the company’s continued growth and development.

Employment Conditions

  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Schedule: 5 working days per week, 2 days off.
