Role overview
Manage efficient systems for processing project documentation, including contractor communications, design and construction documents, and internal or external records.
Ensure accurate tracking, organization and distribution of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary document control interface between client and consultant.
- Manage and track project documentation, drawings, technical submissions and correspondence in the approved DMS.
- Control numbering, revisions, metadata and naming conventions; verify consultant submissions for compliance.
- Distribute documents for client review, monitor review cycles and follow up on overdue responses.
- Train and support clients in document control procedures and DMS use.
About you
- Minimum five years of work-related experience and in-depth knowledge of document control procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; IT preferred.
- Confident written and spoken English; proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in EDMS applications.
- Oracle ACONEX experience is required.
- Able to build working relationships across complex project, client and internal structures.
