Creative Lead – Landscape Architecture

Role overview

Your role

• Lead creative direction and design vision for landmark projects across the GCC.
• Drive design excellence and innovation.
• Lead client presentations and design workshops.
• Mentor and develop landscape architects and designers.
• Support business development and major pursuits.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior design leadership position.
• Experience delivering major public realm, hospitality, mixed-use, cultural and destination projects.
• Experience with internationally recognized landscape architecture practices or equivalent design-led firms.

Skills and competencies

• Outstanding conceptual design capability and a strong portfolio of built, high-profile projects.
• Expertise in landscape architecture, placemaking and urban design; strong understanding of GCC and Middle East context.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit and visualization tools.
