Senior Director - Commercial

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement commercial strategies for major projects in line with company objectives.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee contract processes, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities; build external-partner relationships.
• Mentor and develop the commercial team and promote continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 15 years of commercial management or contract negotiation experience in construction or real estate.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and contracts.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Leadership experience in team development and performance improvement; proficiency in commercial management tools and software.
