Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). 6+ years of professional software engineering experience using Java, Gosu, and modern object-oriented design principles. 3+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter. Balanced, deep expertise in both core configuration (PCF, Gosu rules, Data Model, Product Model, Typelists, Workflows) and external integration architecture. Current Guidewire certifications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Cloud Integration, or Guidewire Cloud Platform). In-depth domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations across Personal, Commercial, or Specialty lines. Strong familiarity with enterprise observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace), cloud security governance, and automated regression testing suites.
