The role supports enhancements, integrations, cloud migration readiness, remediation, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation; facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
- Create user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Analyze current and future processes, identify gaps and impacts, and recommend practical solutions.
- Coordinate with product owners, development, QA, architecture, business SMEs, vendors, and support teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies, test reviews, UAT, defect triage, business sign-off, risk tracking, and release planning.
- Prepare documentation, status updates, presentations, and leadership summaries.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years as a Business Systems Analyst, including at least 5 years of Guidewire-related work.
- Hands-on PolicyCenter experience with implementations, enhancements, integrations, or production support.
- Strong P&C insurance process knowledge, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Experience with requirements artifacts, process and data mapping, Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, testing, UAT, and production validation.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Guidewire PolicyCenter or Insurance Suite Analyst certification is preferred.
- Guidewire Cloud, migration readiness, archive/purging, remediation, integrations, APIs, payment platforms, document generation, and downstream system experience are preferred.
