Role overview

What you'll do

• Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DLP.
• Configure and optimize DLP policies, rules, and alerts across Netskope, Microsoft Purview, Wiz, and Kiteworks.
• Drive data discovery, classification, and labelling and integrate DLP controls with the wider security environment.
• Investigate alerts and incidents, support response, and prepare reporting and audit evidence.
• Partner with security, technology, legal, compliance, governance, and privacy teams.
• Maintain DLP standards and documentation and work with vendors to resolve issues and improve controls.

What we're looking for

• Production Netskope administration, configuration, and optimization experience is essential.
• Proven enterprise DLP implementation and management experience and hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Netskope, Wiz, and Kiteworks.
• Experience with data discovery, classification, labelling, secure file sharing, and information protection.
• Cloud security posture management and risk remediation knowledge; Wiz experience is ideal.
• Experience investigating DLP alerts, supporting incident response, and reporting to stakeholders and auditors.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Regex, and YAML/JSON.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to independently lead multiple DLP initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of DLP and CASB integration with network and access security architecture, particularly in Netskope.
