Role overview
Support the Product & Pricing team in delivering accurate, compliant, and customer-friendly energy comparison experiences.
Work with IT delivery teams on product updates, testing, issue investigation, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Complete daily checks of the live energy comparison website and supporting systems.
- Monitor dashboards and alerts, escalating issues as required.
- Investigate unexpected changes in key performance metrics and support issue resolution.
- Coordinate product and pricing updates, validate requirements, and test changes before release.
- Maintain process documentation, test records, and operational guides.
- Respond to customer enquiries about energy sales, website functionality, and feedback.
- Analyse customer feedback trends and recommend service improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on compliance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
What sets you apart
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Coordinator, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to investigate issues, analyse information, and support problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to accurate and unbiased information.
- Enthusiasm to develop skills in product testing, compliance, and customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
