Join Compare the Market as a Manager responsible for App Store Optimisation and mobile acquisition growth.
The role focuses on improving web-to-app conversion, app store visibility, install growth, customer experience, and measurable acquisition performance.
What you'll be doing
- Own and deliver the App Store Optimisation strategy and prioritise high-impact growth opportunities.
- Lead a data-driven experimentation programme, including A/B testing, performance analysis, and continuous customer journey optimisation.
- Optimise app store listings through keyword research, creative testing, and performance analysis.
- Monitor competitor activity, rankings, ratings, and reviews to maximise discoverability and installs.
- Partner with Product, UX, SEO, Content, and App Marketing teams on acquisition initiatives.
- Use analytics, search demand, and customer behaviour insights to develop actionable recommendations.
What we're looking for
- Proven expertise and demonstrable experience in App Store Optimisation.
- Experience delivering measurable improvements in web-to-app conversion or similar optimisation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, AppTweak, or similar platforms.
- A track record of improving app store performance through keyword optimisation, creative testing, ratings, and reviews.
- Confidence working independently, setting priorities, and influencing stakeholders across Product, UX, SEO, Content, and Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, commercially minded approach.
Location
- The role is based in London or Peterborough with a hybrid working arrangement.
