Job Description

AI-Driven Analytics Solutions

• Architect and develop advanced analytics portals and executive dashboards for business intelligence and strategic reporting.
• Implement LLM-powered solutions for automated presentation generation and real-time business insights.

Framework Development & Intelligent Querying

• Design and build LangChain-based frameworks for analytical storytelling and real-time slide generation.
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and Text2SQL chatbots to enable intuitive data querying.

System Integration & Scalable Architecture

• Design and deploy FAST APIs for seamless integration across data sources, analytics engines, and applications.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reusable analytical architectures supporting multi-vertical use cases.

Risk Modeling & Operational Automation

• Build and deploy predictive risk-scoring models using XGBoost and ensemble techniques for credit risk mitigation.
• Automate operational workflows for financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

MLOps & Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data engineers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring, and MLOps best practices to ensure secure, scalable, and reproducible ML solutions across cloud platforms.

Advanced Data Engineering

• Develop and manage Apache Airflow pipelines for large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
• Automate sentiment analysis models and customer segmentation/clustering solutions for targeted campaigns and personalization.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Create interactive, real-time dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and custom APIs.
• Collaborate closely with business, technology, and compliance teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Strong experience delivering AI-driven analytics and ML solutions at scale
• Prior experience in BFSI is highly preferred; exposure to Hospitality, Real Estate, or E-commerce is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Data Science, AI/ML, or Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) are preferred
