Combines data analysis, reporting development, Arabic writing, and coordination with a technical team.
Produces reporting and analysis to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Build structured reporting frameworks for governmental and quasi-governmental entities.
- Document stakeholder metrics, filters, classifications, and delivery timelines.
- Extract and link data, identify and resolve discrepancies, and preserve original data integrity.
- Analyze surveys and performance results, calculate metrics, verify platform alignment, and interpret variances.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, schedules, visuals, and actionable recommendations.
- Translate analytical needs into technical requirements and check generated outputs.
- Review report consistency and organize files for review and reproduction.
Experience and capabilities
- Experience preparing reports for governmental and quasi-governmental entities.
- Understand data structures, table relationships, data quality, and survey metrics.
- Use advanced Excel and Power Query for analysis and reporting.
- Prepare clear Arabic reports and executive summaries; use Word and PowerPoint and format Arabic text correctly.
- Power BI dashboards and data modeling, and SQL retrieval and validation, are specified as skills.
- Python or similar data-processing tools are preferred.
- Manage deadlines, document workflows, explain results to non-experts, and maintain data confidentiality and access controls.
