Senior, hands-on role leading the creative and commercial success of campaigns and content across sport, culture and social.
Responsible for winning work, setting creative standards, delivering projects and ensuring profitability.
What you'll do
- Lead pitches, creative strategy, treatments, storytelling, pricing and project scope.
- Lead video, photography and social productions from concept to final delivery.
- Own budgets, margins and profitability; lead and mentor production staff.
- Oversee production stages, shoots, crews, talent, locations, logistics and risk resolution.
- Build a freelance creative network and direct production and post-production teams.
- Manage client and senior-stakeholder relationships, develop repeat business and report performance and growth opportunities.
What we're looking for
- At least 7 years in creative production, advertising, media, film or branded content.
- Proven Senior Creative Producer, Senior Producer or comparable experience delivering projects end to end.
- Experience leading production teams and pitching to clients, including budget and scope negotiation.
- Strong budgeting, P&L and resource-management skills.
- Strong video, photography and post-production knowledge, including Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Sport, culture, entertainment, lifestyle or social-content experience is highly desirable.
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, communication and multitasking; fluent English.
Candidate profile
Able to move between creative and commercial work, win clients with ideas, lead teams, manage finances and adapt when plans change.
Understands sport, culture and social and how to create engaging content.
