Customer Service Representative – Arabic Speaker

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Understand concerns and provide clear, professional assistance.
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues in a timely, respectful manner.
• Follow up to ensure customer concerns have been addressed.
• Coordinate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach in customer interactions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient, professional, and customer-focused.
• Able to handle concerns and complaints calmly and effectively.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates based in Abu Dhabi are preferred.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal care is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is a plus.
• Experience supporting customers through social media, WhatsApp, or other digital channels is a plus.

Pay

• AED 3,500–5,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
