Pharmacist / Skincare R&D & Content Specialist

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Research skincare products, cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and their functions.
• Evaluate ingredient properties, benefits, applications, and suitability for skincare products.
• Translate technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging educational content.
• Create and present skincare and formulation videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Develop scripts and talking points that are clear and camera-friendly.
• Work with creative and content teams on concepts, planning, brainstorming, and development.
• Support product and formulation research, including new ingredients, trends, and industry developments.
• Keep skincare and ingredient information accurate, responsible, and accessible to the audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients, and formulations.
• Genuine interest in skincare and the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort and confidence appearing on camera.
• Ability to explain technical or scientific information simply and engagingly.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Arabic-speaking ability is preferred.
• Relevant experience in skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, R&D, formulation, education, or content creation is advantageous.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is primarily based at the client's Abu Dhabi office or studio.
• The position includes one remote working day per week.
• Work location is in person.

Compensation

• Compensation is listed as AED 6,000–AED 7,000 per month, with salary stated up to AED 7,000 per month.
