Pharmacist / Skincare R&D & Content Specialist

About the role

Responsibilities

• Research skincare products, cosmetic formulations, ingredients and their functions.
• Evaluate ingredient properties, benefits, applications and suitability for skincare products.
• Translate technical information into simple, accurate and engaging content.
• Create and present educational videos about skincare, ingredients, formulations and products.
• Present on camera for social media and other digital platforms.
• Develop educational content concepts with the creative and content team.
• Turn research and ideas into clear scripts or camera-friendly talking points.
• Ensure content is accurate, responsible and easy to understand.
• Research new ingredients, skincare trends and cosmetics-industry developments.
• Collaborate on content planning, brainstorming and development.
• Support other skincare, cosmetic and product-related research.
• Stay current with beauty and wellness developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, ingredients and formulations, plus a genuine interest in the industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; comfortable appearing on camera.
• Able to explain technical or scientific information simply and engagingly.
• Strong research and analytical skills; professional appearance and personal presentation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are required.
• Previous related experience is advantageous; educational video, social media presentation or skincare-brand experience is highly valued.
• Must be willing to work primarily from the Abu Dhabi office or studio.

Compensation

• Salary of up to AED 7,000 per month; listed pay range is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.

Workplace

• Full-time role based primarily in the Abu Dhabi office or studio.
• Work location is in person.
