Senior Corporate Travel Manager

**About the Role:** Riyadh is a fast growing hub for international business and at FlyCity Travels Group we bring structure, efficiency and premium service to corporate travel management.

We design seamless end to end travel experiences for business clients across the GCC and global markets.

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Travel Manager who will take full ownership of corporate travel operations and client servicing at a high standard.

You are not just booking travel arrangements you are building reliable systems that ensure executives and companies travel smoothly without disruption.

You will act as the key bridge between corporate clients airlines hotels and internal operations teams ensuring every journey is cost efficient compliant and professionally handled.

Corporate Account Management: Handle end to end travel arrangements for corporate clients ensuring alignment with company travel policies and budgets

Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with airlines hotels and travel partners to secure competitive rates and priority services

Travel Planning and Optimization: Design efficient travel itineraries that reduce cost and improve convenience for business travelers

Client Support and Issue Resolution: Act as the main escalation point for urgent travel changes cancellations and disruptions

Process Improvement: Continuously improve booking workflows reporting systems and service delivery standards

Compliance Management: Ensure all travel bookings comply with corporate policies visa requirements and regional regulations

6 plus years in corporate travel management travel consultancy or airline operations with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global travel booking systems fare structures airline contracts and corporate travel policies

Client Handling: Proven ability to manage executive level clients and high pressure travel requirements

Technical Skills: Experience with travel management systems and booking platforms such as GDS systems or corporate travel tools

Communication Skills: Strong professional English communication skills Arabic is an advantage for client coordination in the region

Mindset: Highly organized detail oriented and calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple urgent requests simultaneously

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month
