We are looking for a **Senior Corporate Finance and Advisory Manager** who can take ownership of our financial advisory operations, corporate finance initiatives, and strategic client engagements.

You will contribute directly to executive-level decision-making and strategic planning from Day 1.

Compliance and Governance:

Ensure all financial advisory activities comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, financial reporting requirements, and industry best practices.

8+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, investment consulting, or commercial financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, financial modeling, investment analysis, budgeting processes, business valuation, and strategic financial planning.

Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships, lead advisory teams, and oversee complex financial projects in dynamic business environments.

working with ERP systems, financial reporting software, forecasting platforms, data analytics tools, and advanced spreadsheet modeling applications.

English proficiency is required for financial reporting, client communication, and executive presentations.

Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
