The Role

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• **End-to-End Client Onboarding:** Lead the client onboarding process with absolute precision. You will strictly utilize LEX LAYER’s official guidelines and brochures to instruct clients on required documentation and formatting.
• **Corporate Services Execution:** Process company formations, visa applications, and corporate amendments across various UAE jurisdictions.
• **Government & Authority Liaison:** Manage the drafting, attestation, and submission of critical legal documents (e.g., Shareholder Resolutions, NOCs).
• **Pipeline Management:** Take full ownership of your assigned client accounts. Track the status of all operational requirements and proactively update the CRM and management team.
• **Problem Solving:** Independently navigate operational roadblocks. You investigate historical communications and internal records first, and know exactly when to escalate a bottleneck to the Director of Growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in UAE Corporate Services, Company Setup, or PRO Operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail. You are the kind of person who catches an expired NOC or an incorrect legal term *before* the document is sent to the client or authority.
• Strong communication skills. You know how to guide a high-net-worth client through a complex process clearly and professionally.
• A systems-oriented mindset. You follow SOPs religiously and do not take shortcuts that compromise the client experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You don't wait for instructions on tasks you've already mastered.
