About the role
We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead Consultant to drive ServiceNow transformation and platform strategy within a large enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. This is a high-impact 12-month contract role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders across the Oil & Gas, Government, and Financial Services sectors.
What you'll do
- Lead ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap development, and enterprise transformation programs
- Own implementation and optimization of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps modules
- Drive integration efforts with SAP/ERP systems and align with enterprise architecture
- Provide strategic guidance on AI platform integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders on program governance and decision-making
- Ensure delivery excellence across complex, large-scale transformation initiatives
What you bring
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT, operations, or consulting
- Deep hands-on and strategic ServiceNow expertise
- Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
- Experience in Oil & Gas or major GCC/UAE enterprise environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI platforms, SAP/ERP integrations, and enterprise architecture
- ServiceNow certifications – CSA or CIS (highly preferred)
- SAFe certification (advantageous)
