Senior Lead Consultant – ServiceNow

Transformation & Platform Strategy · Oil & Gas / Government / Financial Services

About The Role

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead Consultant to drive ServiceNow transformation and platform strategy within a large enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi.

This is a high-impact 12-month contract role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders across the Oil & Gas, Government, and Financial Services sectors.

What You'Ll Do

  • Lead ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap development, and enterprise transformation programs
  • Own implementation and optimization of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps modules
  • Drive integration efforts with SAP/ERP systems and align with enterprise architecture
  • Provide strategic guidance on AI platform integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders on program governance and decision-making
  • Ensure delivery excellence across complex, large-scale transformation initiatives
  • What you bring
  • 10–15+ years of experience in IT, operations, or consulting
  • Deep hands-on and strategic ServiceNow expertise
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Experience in Oil & Gas or major GCC/UAE enterprise environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, SAP/ERP integrations, and enterprise architecture
  • ServiceNow certifications – CSA or CIS (highly preferred)
  • SAFe certification (advantageous)
