We're partnering with a
major multinational Oil & Gas organisation
in the UAE to find an exceptional
Senior End-to-End ServiceNow Solution Architect
to lead enterprise-scale platform delivery.
About the Role
This is a cross-CoE architectural leadership position, operating within a SAFe delivery model.
You'll own the design, governance, and strategy of a complex, multi-domain ServiceNow platform across a globally operating enterprise.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Defining and owning end-to-end enterprise platform architecture ✅ Leading Architecture Review Boards across all CoE domains ✅ Designing integrated multi-module solutions with enterprise-wide data strategies ✅ Driving CSDM adoption and platform roadmap evolution ✅ Architecting integrations across SAP, HR, Finance & Security ✅ Embedding AI & GenAI capabilities into enterprise workflows ✅ Acting as trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders
You'll Need
🔹 15+ years IT experience \| 7–10+ years on ServiceNow 🔹 Deep expertise across: ITSM · ITOM · ITAM · SecOps · HRSD · WSD · AI/GenAI · App Engine · CSDM 🔹 Proven Oil & Gas domain experience
