ITSM Solution Architect – BMC Helix \| Contract \| UAE onsite
If you've architected enterprise ITSM platforms at scale — not just configured them — this one's for you.
We're sourcing senior ITSM Solution Architects for a major BMC Helix transformation with a GCC enterprise client. 12-month contract with extension option.
Available as onsite in Dubai or fully remote from India.
What you will own:
→ Design authority across the full ITSM platform — not advisory, actual architecture
→ End-to-end ITIL v4 process design: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request
→ HelixGPT & RAG architecture — AI triage, routing, virtual agents, LLM integration
→ CMDB federation design, service modelling & impact mapping
→ Integration architecture: REST/SOAP APIs, SSO/SAML/OAuth, AIOps convergence
→ Target Operating Model definition & platform roadmap governance
→ AI governance design: bias control, hallucination management, audit frameworks
Requirements
→ 10+ years ITSM architecture (UAE) / 8+ years (India offshore)
→ Hands-on BMC Helix: Remedy AR System, Helix Innovation Studio, CMDB Federation, Multi-tenant SaaS
→ ITIL v4 Strategist / Managing Professional or TOGAF — preferred
→ GCC / UAE enterprise exposure — a strong plus
→ Available immediately or within 2–4 weeks
