Key Responsibilities:* Perform detailed cancer diagnosis and staging using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement personalized oncology treatment plans, incorporating the latest therapies and technologies.
• Manage and monitor patient progress throughout treatment, adjusting protocols as necessary.
• Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the clinic’s growth and reputation in oncology services.
• Mentor junior medical staff and support continuous professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in oncology with a strong track record in the private healthcare setting.
• In-depth knowledge of current cancer treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to provide empathetic patient care while managing complex clinical cases.
