Key Responsibilities:* Perform thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct advanced medical and cosmetic dermatological procedures.
• Lead and mentor junior dermatology staff to maintain high clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and clinical workflows.
• Participate in the development and implementation of dermatology protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and innovations in dermatology.
• Engage in patient education and community outreach on skin health and preventive care.
• Contribute to clinical research and professional growth activities within the facility.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized medical institution.
• Board certification in Dermatology.
• Minimum 7-10 years of extensive experience in clinical dermatology.
• Proven expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Experience with implementing quality improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Active involvement in dermatological research or publications is an asset.
• A proactive approach to continuous professional development.
