- Your expertise will contribute to continuous quality improvement and the advancement of family medicine within the facility.
- Key Responsibilities:* Provide specialized family medicine consultations and manage complex clinical cases.
- Lead and mentor healthcare teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Develop, review, and implement clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in clinical research, education, and staff development activities.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Medical degree with board certification in Family Medicine.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in family medicine, preferably within a leading healthcare facility.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex patient cases and develop treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based medical practices.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation practices.
