Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high-end ultra-luxury hospitality and residential projects.
• Supervise site operations to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to support project execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience managing high-end residential and hotel projects in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, industry standards, and quality control.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and time-management skills; attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
