Develops and produces summit and content programmes for a portfolio through generating new ideas and topics.
Manages a team of Conference Managers and supports personal development of team members.
Job Description
- Manages a portfolio of content programmes
- Manages a team of Conference Managers/Producer and supports their personal development
- Produces industry relevant conference and workshop
- Identify key opinion leaders/institutions/influencers to invite as speakers and manage relationships end to end.
- Work with the related Content Director and other team members to produce new content programmes and Summits and acts as an internal knowledge transfer leader
- Manages industry advisory boards and communication with board members
- Drive partnership opportunities with potential commercial and association
- Onsite management of the conference and workshop programmes, speakers and oversees that the programmes are delivered according to plan; also briefs and oversees (temporary) staff.
- Works closely with Event Directors, Sales Leads and Marketing Leads to develop commercial opportunities for content programmes
- Drives content strategies in line with overall show propositions
- Ensures engaging content session formats across their portfolio and presents learnings to wider teams
- Hosts team workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions for ongoing learning and development
- Manages ongoing market surveys with analysis reports for validation of future programme themes, topics.
- Ensures any relevant accreditation processes are met in line with deadlines and processes
- Hosts induction sessions with new team members
- Manages relationships and project management timelines with government partners and co-organizing partners
- Manage reporting, processes and project management milestones for team members
- Ensures they are abreast with global event trends and technologies.
