Job Description-
- Will be overall responsible for Dinning.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the Catering Operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Preparation of duty roaster for all Dining Staff & Team Members
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Provide healthy, hygienic & clean dining atmosphere to enhance the customer satisfaction, smooth coordination between Food Production and Customer Service in meeting service standards through best practices & on the job training
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
