Logistics Coordinator
Responsible for the entire functions related to transportation and maintenance of vehicle in JIC. Coordinate with Sites for the allocation of Vehicle as per the requirement on timely basis.

Overview
- Responsible for the entire functions related to transportation and maintenance of vehicle in JIC.
- Coordinate with Sites for the allocation of Vehicle as per the requirement on timely basis.
- To responsible to plan the driver’s duty schedule and allocation.
- Coordinate with HR & Admin Department for the Timely Renewal of MULKIYA Vehicles permit, Insurance , etc
- Track the GPS movements of vehicles in order to identify the location and verifying the OT hours
- Ensure traffic fines, violation are monitored and communicate with drivers about the payment in a timely manner.
- To responsible to maintain the Vehicle cleanliness
- Maintaining & Monitoring physical records of duty roaster
- Maintain incident report for Vehicle and update of Daily Basis
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2 Years Experience in a similar role
UAE Experience is an added advantage
