Overview
Sand Dance Tyres Trading is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, ( both Arabic and English ) strong customer handling abilities.
We are looking for candidates with Own visa/ spouse visa.
Package: 2500-3500
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, resolving complaints, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and appointments
- Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the system
- Support sales and promotional campaigns through customer communication
- Achieve call handling targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure professional communication and company service standards are maintained
& Qualifications
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Candidates with own visa/spouse visa preferred.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Good computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems
- Immediate joining is required.
