We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to lead our Human Resources function while supporting key business operations.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong HR expertise and operational management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Support operational processes and ensure efficient day-to-day business activities.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR and operational reports for management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- Experience handling both HR and operational functions.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates holding their **own visa** (spouse visa, golden visa, or freelance visa) will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
