The Senior Backend Developer will design and develop enterprise-grade backend solutions using C# and .NET.

- The role uses cloud-native services, distributed systems, Domain-Driven Design, API-First Design, and unit testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services and scalable microservices for service-oriented platforms.
- Develop services for multi-source data aggregation, policy and rules enforcement, and extensible functional domains.
- Implement REST integrations, asynchronous event-driven patterns, resilient cloud-native solutions, and distributed system patterns.
- Design data models, optimize database performance, manage data consistency, and maintain unit tests.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions, code reviews, technical standards, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Work effectively with globally distributed teams and coordinate across time zones when required.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of backend software development experience with strong hands-on C#, .NET, and .NET Core expertise.
- Strong experience with enterprise microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, SQL, NoSQL, Azure, and distributed systems.
- Experience with data modeling, database performance optimization, cloud configuration, resiliency, scalability, and unit testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into backend solutions.
- Clear English communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel technology and knowledge of Global Distribution Systems.
- Experience integrating with GDS platforms or travel suppliers.
- Exposure to booking platforms, travel APIs, reservation systems, or travel content aggregation.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms, multi-source aggregation, policy processing, or cloud modernization.
