Working hours
- Working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time.
Technology and methods
- Listed stack includes JIRA, Confluence, SQL, REST APIs, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, enterprise applications, and integration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze processes; gather and validate requirements; facilitate workshops and interviews; maintain process documentation, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate requirements for technical teams and collaborate with product, architecture, development, and QA through delivery.
- Support backlog prioritization and release planning; perform gap and change-impact analysis; identify delivery risks and dependencies.
- Contribute to solution design, support testing and user acceptance, and prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Business Analyst.
- Experience managing requirements, analyzing processes, mapping workflows, and writing user stories, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on use of AI in a professional role.
- Experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder workshops, and communication across business and technical teams.
- Experience in system integration, digital transformation, or enterprise platform projects; knowledge of REST APIs, data flows, and system interfaces.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools; strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- GDS knowledge; travel technology, airline, hospitality, or travel-management experience; or exposure to booking platforms, travel APIs, or reservation systems.
- Data analysis and SQL, enterprise architecture knowledge, or experience working in multinational or geographically distributed teams.
