The Position

Business and Stakeholder Partnership

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts across Keyera business functions.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Align business stakeholders and IT delivery teams on scope, priorities, and outcomes.

Analysis and Requirements Leadership

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex enterprise initiatives and sustainment work.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business processes, functional requirements, data definitions, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings for integrations, migrations, and reporting.
• Create business requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases, and other high-quality artifacts.
• Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.

Solution Enablement

• Partner with solution architects, product analysts, and delivery teams to evaluate solution options and tradeoffs.
• Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues between systems.
• Validate business fit, impacts, and downstream implications to contribute to solution design.
• Lead system integration testing and user acceptance testing activities.

Continuous Improvement and Leadership

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, and system usage.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for business and operational challenges.
• Mentor and coach intermediate and junior business analysts.
• Promote consistent analysis practices, templates, and standards across Technology Products teams.
• Support change management and adoption activities to sustain business value.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Solutions Analyst in Finance, Human Resources, Operations, or Engineering.
• Strong experience delivering and supporting large enterprise platforms and complex integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analysis for large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and outcomes.
• Business analysis certification is an asset.
