Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Leader with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade BI platforms and performance management frameworks.
Expert in transforming fragmented, manual reporting into governed, scalable analytics solutions that drive executive decision-making across Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights supporting pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota planning, and business reviews.
Key Capabilities & Experience
· Enterprise BI Architecture & Delivery Design and implement end-to-end BI platforms using SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular), SSRS, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint—replacing manual, non-scalable reporting with robust, governed analytics ecosystems.
· Performance Management & Scorecards Establish standardized scorecards, KPIs, forecasting models, and performance management frameworks, providing a single source of truth for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
· Sales & Revenue Insights Drive business insights across pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota cascades, sales velocity, and coverage models—enabling proactive identification of budget gaps and underperforming segments.
· Advanced Analytics & Semantic Modelling Design and implement OLAP cubes and semantic models that combine historical enterprise data with forward-looking forecasts to track trends, simulate scenarios, and support strategic planning.
· Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with Sales Excellence and Finance on quota planning, territory rebalancing, and forecast governance, ensuring sales targets are fair, equitable, achievable, and operationally executable.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
· Data & BI Platforms: SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular), SSRS
· Reporting & Visualization: Power BI, Excel (advanced modelling & algorithms), SharePoint
· Analytics Skills: OLAP cube design, semantic modelling, forecasting, KPI frameworks, dashboard design
· Business Focus: Sales performance management, forecasting governance, executive reporting
Profile Highlights
· 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Performance Management roles
· Master-level expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions
· Strong ability to build OLAP cubes, interactive dashboards, and advanced Excel-based analytical models
· Expert level in Power BI design and implementation
