About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst – Product HCM
to join our team in Dubai.
The role involves supporting, developing, and implementing
Oracle Cloud HCM applications
, with a focus on Payroll and Compensation Management.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, design and configure solutions, and ensure seamless adoption through training and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- **Design & Implementation (30%)**
- – Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM applications, focusing on Payroll and Compensation modules.
- **Support & Optimization (30%)**
- – Manage reports, Fast Formula, and HCM Extracts; continuously enhance system performance.
- **Collaboration & Requirement Gathering (20%)**
- – Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions.
- **Testing & Training (10%)**
- – Conduct system testing and provide training to super users and end users.
- **Documentation & Governance (10%)**
- – Establish best practices, policies, and governance standards for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
& Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- 5+ years overall experience, with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong expertise in
- Fusion HCM Payroll, Core HR, Fusion Security, Approval Workflows
- .
- Hands-on experience with
- HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Redwood pages, OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL/PLSQL
- .
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
