Overview
We are hiring a
Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Leader
with 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade BI platforms and performance management frameworks.
In this role, you will transform fragmented and manual reporting processes into scalable, governed analytics solutions that support executive decision-making across Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.
You will play a key role in translating complex data into actionable insights to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota planning, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end BI platforms using
- SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS (Multidimensional & Tabular), SSRS, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
- .
- Build scalable analytics ecosystems that replace manual reporting and provide a reliable
- single source of truth
- .
- Develop
- performance scorecards, KPI frameworks, and forecasting models
- to support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
- Deliver insights on
- pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota planning, sales velocity, and revenue coverage models
- .
- Design
- OLAP cubes and semantic models
- that combine historical enterprise data with forward-looking forecasts to support trend analysis and scenario planning.
- Partner closely with
- Sales Excellence and Finance teams
- on quota planning, territory alignment, and forecast governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in
- Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Performance Management roles
- .
- Strong expertise in
SQL Server BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
and
Power BI
- .
- Proven experience building
- OLAP cubes, dashboards, and advanced analytical models
- .
- Strong ability to translate complex data into
- business insights for senior leadership
- .
