Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage and respond to RFPs, tenders, and business opportunities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support business growth initiatives and revenue generation activities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
  • ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful proposal development and project handover.

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Saudi National.
  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management.
  • ⁠ ⁠Previous experience within Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media, Events, or Creative Agencies is preferred.
  • ⁠ ⁠Experience in RFPs, proposals, client acquisition, and partnership management.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Fluent in Arabic and English.
