Senior Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in acquiring new B2B clients, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth within a marketing, creative, branding, media, PR, or events environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals (RFPs).
  • Build strategic partnerships with enterprise and government clients.
  • Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new clients and closing deals.
  • Experience working in a Marketing, Creative, Branding, Media, PR, or Events company is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in proposal preparation, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Experience with government opportunities, Etimad, SAP Ariba, or RFPs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
