Role Description

The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

Day-to-day activities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, handling inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions that align with customer needs.

The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in sales meetings, and supporting training initiatives to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in Training or coaching team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Sales Management capabilities, such as tracking performance, supporting sales planning, and contributing to strategy execution.
  • Relevant experience in retail, B2B, or service-based sales is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
