Senior Business Development Manager – Pharma Flavours (India)
Location: India – Full-time
Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced
Senior Business Development Manager
to support the development of its activities in India, with a focus on
pharma flavours, taste solutions and functional ingredients
.
This is a
full-time position
.
Compensation, bonus structure and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, location and applicable local requirements.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships and supporting the growth of pharma flavour solutions in the Indian market.
Key responsibilities include
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the
- pharma and nutraceutical sectors
- Promoting
- pharma flavours and taste solutions
- , including applications for syrups, supplements and oral dosage forms
- Managing and expanding relationships with pharmaceutical companies and partners
- Supporting commercial negotiations and customer follow-ups
- Coordinating with international suppliers and internal technical teams
- Monitoring market trends and identifying strategic opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum
- 8+ years of experience
- in business development or sales within
- pharma flavours, pharmaceutical ingredients or nutraceutical sectors
- Strong understanding of
- taste masking, flavour applications or pharma-related formulation support
- is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in the
- Indian pharmaceutical or nutraceutical market
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in an international environment
- Fluency in
- English is required
- ; additional local languages are a strong advantage
