Neospace Interiors is a well‑established interior design and fit‑out company based in Dubai, delivering high‑quality commercial and residential projects since 2011.
As part of an aggressive growth strategy, we are seeking to hire an ambitious, passionate, and results‑driven Senior Business Development Manager.
This role will lead business development and client acquisition initiatives for commercial interior fit‑out projects across the any verticals.
The position focuses on identifying and converting new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, consultants, project management firms, and end clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Generate new business leads within the commercial interior fit‑out, design‑build, and interior contracting sectors.
- Drive new revenue through active lead generation, networking, and direct client engagement.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong, high‑value sales pipeline with a clear focus on conversion.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through design discussions, pricing, negotiation, contract award, and handover.
- Achieve and consistently meet or exceed agreed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.

2. Sales Process & Deal Closure
- Manage the complete sales journey, including:
- Initial client engagement
- Opportunity qualification
- Proposal and cost estimate preparation
- Commercial negotiations
- Deal closure and contract award
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial submissions.
- Lead pricing discussions, value engineering, and commercial negotiations to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Ensure smooth transition of awarded projects from pre‑contract to delivery teams.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- Developers
- Consultants
- Project Management firms
- Architects
- Landlords
- Procurement teams
- End‑clients
- Act as the primary point of contact during pre‑contract phases.
- Position the company as a trusted interior design and fit‑out partner.
- Strengthen client loyalty and secure ongoing work through strong relationship management.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to expand market presence and relationships.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Identify emerging market trends, upcoming projects, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the UAE and wider GCC.
- Maintain strong awareness of construction, real estate, and interior fit‑out market activity.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Contribute to strategic decisions related to target sectors, client segments, and expansion opportunities.
5. Proposal Leadership & Internal Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Design, Estimation, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams to produce high‑quality, competitive proposals.
- Ensure proposals are compliant, commercially viable, and aligned with client requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources effectively to meet submission deadlines and client expectations.
- Ensure clarity and completeness during handover of secured projects to delivery teams.
6. Reporting, Forecasting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Track performance against targets and provide insights to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of business development / sales experience in the UAE, ideally within interior fit-out.
- Demonstrated track record of closing high-value fit-out projects.
- Strong, existing network of decision-makers, consultants, and developers.
- Proven ability to work to targets and deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Highly motivated, commercially sharp, and results driven.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
- UAE driving license required.
