Senior Business Development Manager
About This Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote and sell insurance solutions (Motor, Health, Corporate, etc.)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance and target achievement
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in the UAE insurance industry
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Strong, demonstrable sales portfolio with achieved targets and client acquisitions
- Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
