Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive insurance sales and build strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and after-sales service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales or relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of health, motor, or general insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred, if applicable).
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
