Whether you are an emerging insurance sales specialist with 1+ years of experience or a seasoned professional with 3+ years of experience and an established client portfolio, this role offers excellent earning potential, career growth, and a rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
- Advise individuals and businesses on suitable insurance solutions.
- Promote and sell corporate insurance, health, life, motor and general insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
For Insurance Sales Specialist
- Minimum 1 experience in insurance sales within the UAE market
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- For Senior Insurance Sales Specialist / Insurance Relationship Manager
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance sales within the UAE market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong client portfolio and strong professional network preferred.
- Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in corporate insurance, health, life, motor, and travel insurance.
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
· UAE insurance market knowledge is mandatory.
· Bachelor's degree/Graduation is mandatory.
· Certification in insurance is an added advantage.
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
