Senior Business Development Manager
About This Role
Senior-Level Opportunity – Proven FOREX / CFD Experience Required
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the identification and acquisition of high-value business opportunities within the FX & CFD market
• Strategically manage, scale, and optimize a global IB partner network
• Build, nurture, and retain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
• Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets
• Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform strategy
Requirements:
• Extensive senior-level sales experience within the FOREX / CFD industry
• Deep understanding of FX products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
• Strong leadership, communication, and high-level negotiation skills
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth
• Highly self-driven, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Location: Dubai
Work Setup: On-site in Dubai for local candidates; remote options available for international candidates
