Senior Business Development Manager
About This Role
I'm currently working with a globally recognised leading CFD broker, who have the infrastructure, product offering, and regulatory foundation of a mature broker, but still operates with the agility and upside of a high growth global business. Senior hires are joining because they can genuinely influence growth rather than feeling like another number inside a saturated brokerage structure.
The offering itself is extremely competitive:
- Category 1 regulatory licensing alongside a strong international regulatory framework
- 1,500+ CFD instruments across FX, indices, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs, and metals
- Tight spreads from 0.0 pips with institutional-grade liquidity
- MT4, MT5, copy trading, PAMM/MAM solutions, FIX API and proprietary mobile trading technology
- Strong IB/affiliate framework with attractive partnership capabilities
- Fast execution, high conversion potential, and strong retention infrastructure
- FCA-regulated presence alongside international expansion across MENA, LATAM, and Asia
From a commercial perspective, the company is investing heavily into growth, branding, and partner acquisition, which creates a strong environment for senior BDMs with an existing network who want more autonomy, higher earning potential, and the ability to scale strategically.

Requirements:
- Arabic speaker
- Strong background with the MENA and GCC regions
- Ideally 3 years+ experience
- Dubai based
