The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead our growth efforts in the off-road and aftermarket industry. This is a high-impact position designed for a strategic "hunter" who thrives on building professional networks and securing long-term partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
- Market Expansion
: Identify and secure new B2B partnerships with Tier-1 distributors, independent shops, and national retail networks.
- Strategic Outreach
: Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Brand Representation:
Serve as the professional face of our company at major industry trade shows, events, and product launches.
- Relationship Management:
Maintain and scale existing accounts to ensure long-term growth and brand loyalty.
- Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new product opportunities and market gaps.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: 4+ years
of professional experience in Business Development or Sales (experience in the automotive or outdoor lifestyle sectors is highly valued).
- The Closer Mindset:
A demonstrated ability to open doors with high value prospects and move deals through a pipeline.
- Communication Skills
: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present professionally to business owners and corporate buyers.
- Independence:
A self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit targets without constant supervision.
- Industry Knowledge
: A genuine interest in (or professional knowledge of) the off-road and 4x4 market.
