HLB HAMT is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive experienced in payroll and HR services or HR consulting to join its team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities for payroll, HR consulting, EOR, and related HR services.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build relationships with business owners, finance leaders, and decision-makers.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable HR and payroll solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and take opportunities through to closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
- Grow long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and developments in the UAE HR services market.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of proven business development experience, preferably in payroll, HR services, HR consulting, EOR, or related professional services.
- Strong understanding of payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, EOR/PEO, and HR consulting services.
- Proven B2B sales and client acquisition track record.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with senior decision-makers and managing the complete sales cycle.
- UAE market experience and an existing professional network are advantageous.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets is preferred.
